Pearl Linguistics prides itself on quality control. That is why from the recruitment of linguists, processing of projects to customer feedback, there are various quality controls in place to make sure that your requirements are fulfilled to the highest possible standard.
Linguists
Pearl Linguistics only works with professional and experienced linguists who only work in their mother tongue. The majority of our linguists are accredited with ITI, IOL, or other international linguistic organisations. References are checked and linguists are asked to provide examples of previous work. Once recruited our linguists are assigned for jobs according to their specialist areas. We constantly update our database and add new professional linguists to reflect the changing linguistic needs of our clients. Project managers are also linguists themselves, with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Published documents are all reviewed and proof-read by at least one other independent and trained editor, providing error reports where necessary. Before delivery, our in-house project managers proof-check documents once again for formatting consistency with the original source documents. We also actively encourage any feedback from clients once documents are delivered which allows us to monitor standards and the satisfaction of our clients. Pearl Linguistics understands that confidentiality is critical. We always uphold the privacy of individuals and organisations. We also realise the unique time pressure associated with many projects and work effectively and efficiently to strict deadlines. In order to maintain our standards we observe industry guidelines set out by ATA, ITI, and IOL.
