Pearl Linguistics is constantly looking for qualified professional translators to work as independent contractors in a freelance capacity.

If you are interested in registering with us as a translator please send your CV to careers@pearllinguistics.com. Please note that hardcopy CVs will not be considered, therefore do not send your CVs to our office postal address.   We only hire translators with considerable experience in a particular technical field such as medical, pharmaceutical, legal, financial, engineering, oil and gas, IT, PR, marketing and so on. If you do not have at least 500,000 words of translation experience in a technical field or proven knowledge, education and working experience in your specialist area, please do not apply. We also do not asses new graduate applications.

Along with your CV, please also send names and contact details of 2 professional referees (translation related) and copies of any translation diplomas and accreditation certificates. Your covering letter should briefly state your source and target languages and specialisms. Your CV should give detailed information on your qualifications and experience along with any technical capabilities including any CAT Tools used.
